Android Solutions

1 Update Your Browser

Using an outdated browser can cause posting issues. Update to the latest version:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right
  3. Select “Manage apps & device”
  4. Find your browser in the list and tap “Update”
Recommended Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge

2 Grant File Permissions

If you can’t upload files or images, check permissions:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Browser]
  2. Tap “Permissions”
  3. Enable “Storage” permission
  4. If available, also enable “Camera” for direct uploads
Note: Some browsers require permissions to be granted each time you upload.

3 Clear Cache and Data

Corrupted cache can cause posting problems:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Browser]
  2. Tap “Storage”
  3. Tap “Clear Cache” (try this first)
  4. If issues persist, tap “Clear Data”
  5. Restart your browser
Warning: Clearing data will sign you out of websites and delete saved preferences.

4 Alternative Solutions

  • Restart your device – Simple but often effective
  • Try another browser – Install Firefox or Edge as alternative
  • Check internet connection – Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
  • Disable ad blockers – These can sometimes interfere
  • Enable JavaScript – Some sites require it for posting

iOS Solutions

1 Update Safari and iOS

Keeping your system updated prevents many issues:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update
  2. Install any available iOS updates
  3. After updating, Safari will also be updated
  4. Restart your device after updating

2 Enable Website Permissions

Safari blocks some permissions by default:

  1. Open Safari and go to the problem website
  2. Tap the “AA” icon in the address bar
  3. Select “Website Settings”
  4. Enable permissions for Camera, Microphone, and Location if needed
  5. Toggle “Allow Cross-Site Tracking” if necessary
Note: Some permissions may prompt you each time they’re needed.

3 Clear Safari Data

Clearing website data can resolve posting issues:

  1. Go to Settings > Safari
  2. Scroll down and tap “Clear History and Website Data”
  3. Confirm the action
  4. Restart Safari
Advanced: For specific sites, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data to delete data for individual websites.
